- PR Number: 4000341912 FSC: 5315 Nomenclature: Quick Release Pins RFP Due Date: January 14,2014 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 603 Price Evaluation list items and 2301 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5315000036713. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 120 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please see solicitation Clauses 52.217-9006/9007/9008/9010/9010 for completed details. Anticipated award date: March 03, 2014 Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection Procedures. Offers will be evaluated under the streamlined procedures of Far Subpart 12.6 for this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The factor is Past Performance (including quality and delivery performance).
