- Solicitation for NSN 3655-00-936-8900, 0051977849, SPE4A6-14-R-1418, Furnace Assembly. Item is sole source to O.C. Lugo, Inc. (cage: 0FMB1), P/N 501597. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a firm fixed price. No quantity option. This is a non-critical item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. The solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059, FOB: Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-8058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Origination Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Government First Article Testing applies. The OEM is waived from the First Article Testing Requirements. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this RFP under formal solicitation procedures. The final cdontract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
