This Market Survey is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the US Government. The Government does not imply an intention or opportunity to acquire funding to support current or future development efforts. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. The information must be submitted 15 calendar days from the date of this publication.
