Item purchase description 2 orders, each for 240 cans, going to Burlington NJ for export. *QPL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED* Successful offeror must be currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). See attached for complete description and applicable clauses. Marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129 is required. 8010-01-587-9224 UI: CN POLYURETHANE COATING DESCRIPTION In accordance with Military Specification MIL-DTL-53039E, "Coating, Aliphatic Polyurethane, Single Component, Chemical Agent Resistant", dated 16-MAY-2013. QPL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: QPL transformed to QPD, 06-MAR-2009. Please go to http://assist.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/, and follow the steps below to view the QPD 1. Input "53039" in Document Number field and click "Submit" 2. Click on the primary specification link in "Document ID" column. 3. Click on "Qualification" in the "Overview" section to view the QPD. Use: To coat equipment surfaces so they can be easily and effectively decontaminated after exposure to liquid chemical agents. Type 9: Max VOC content of 420 g/L (3.5 lbs/gal), VOHAP-free. Color: Tan in accordance with the latest version of FED-STD-595, color number 33446. Size: 18.9 liters (5 gallons) Shelf Life Code 4: Age on delivery shall not exceed 2 months. Date of reinspection shall be 12 months from date of manufacture. See attached for complete item purchase description Award will be based on (1) Price, (2) Shipment Days (1) Price will be evaluated first and is most important. (2) Shipment is requested in 30 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Shipment is the second most important factor. In the case that one or more vendors are equal in price, award will be made to the best shipment time under the required 30 DARO.
