- Request For Proposal Over and Above Rates CDRL A005 CDRL A004 CDRL A003 CDRL A002 CDRL A001 Appendix C WD-NY Niagara WD-Arkansas WD-Arizona WD-California WD-Michigan WD-Georgia WD-Tennessee WD-Texas WD-Iowa Wd-Ohio Wd-North Dakota WD-New York WD-Pennsylvania Client Authorization Letter DD254 QASP Performance Work Statement Section M Section L Robins AFB, GA seeks qualified contractor field maintenance support at six locations CONUS (i.e., continental United States) under the operational control of the Air National Guard (ANG). These locations process and disseminate Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) sensor data through the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Squadron Operations Center (RPA-SOC) using commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware for both processing and network connectivity. Corollary to this effort are the tasks required to install, configure and support government furnished equipment (GFE) with support services including system hardware/software maintenance, systems administration,and training, to support UAV operations at the six current RPA-SOC locations and each new RPA-SOC CONUS location. The contractor shall provide this support working cooperatively with the ANG organization at each location. The government anticipates growing from the current level of six (6) sites up to an estimated total of twelve (12) sites throughout this contract period of performance. The sites are located throughout the country. The government intends to award a 1 year contract with 3 one year options, utilizing Source Selection Procedures outlined in FAR Part 15.3. All interested sources will be required to submit a technical proposal outlining capabilities addressed in Sections L&M of the solicitation, as well as a cost proposal. This requirement will be acquired as a total set aside acquisition for exclusive competition under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541513 with a small business size standard of $25.5M.
