- This effort is for the repair of the F-15 Enhance Engine Monitor Display (EEMD), BEQ 60 NSN 6620-01-576-4308FX, PN 372-114-005. The EEMD is a Line Replaceable Unit that is utilized in the F-15C/D/E aircraft to provide indications of aircraft engine operation. Requirements type contract to include a basic and four annual options, BEQ will be the same as listed above. The Enhanced Engine Monitor Display system offers the five engine parameters, RPM %, Temperature in Degrees Celsius, FF PPH, Exhaust Nozzle position and Oil PSI and displays them on Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) readout TO THE pilot. The EEMD contains independent processing circuitry for each of the two engines and displays this information for both engines on a single display. EEMD is safety of flight critical and must be operational for the aircraft to be flightworthy. The proposed contract action is sole source to Parker Hannifin Corporation, (26055) 14300 Alton Parkway, Irvine CA 92618. Authority 10 U.S.C 2304 © (1), only one or a limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
