Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure Arbitrator Term Table Negotiations 2014. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above products and services to the M. David Vaughn, 13732 Lakeside Drive, Clarksville, MD 21029-1345. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: This requirement will be for four months only. All quotations received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
