- SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 01/31/2014. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to repair an existing steel sheet pile bulkhead by patching holes in the sheet pile where anchor rods are located, recoating a portion of the bulkhead including incidental related work at Coast Guard Sector Southeastern New England, Woods Hole, MA 02543 (Barnstable County). Solicitation packages will be available on or about 31 January 2014. The tentative date for bid opening is 03 March 2013 at 4:00 pm local time. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code is 237990 with a size standard of $33.5 million. Due to base security requirements, Contractors will be required to register for the site visit. Site visitation dates will be provided in the solicitation. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14, and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue at the following site: http://www.fbo.gov.
