- The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a new Prospectus for a business opportunity to operate a traditional links golf course within Cape Cod National Seashore. The prospectus is soliciting proposals to provide golf course operation, golf equipment and cart rental, pro shop retail sales, and limited food and beverage sales. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR Part 51, has determined that the previous Concessioner is not a preferred Offeror for the Contract to be awarded. The term of the new Concession Contract will be for approximately ten years. The exact length of the term will be determined when the effective date is determined, at the time of Contract execution The prospectus is available on the NPS Commercial Services website at: http://www.concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm. There is no cost to download the documents from the website. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the Prospectus from the NPS website please notify Trina Lapinsky via email (Trina_Lapinsky@nps.gov) so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any modifications or other correspondence. To receive a hard copy of the prospectus, there is a printing cost recovery charge of $75 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $60 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit cards accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service and you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. If you would like to participate in this site visit, you must RSVP to Kathy Tevyaw (508-771-2144); Kathy_Tevyaw@nps.gov) for additional information regarding the time and location of the site visit and to reserve a spot.
