- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supply purchase of 13 aircraft loading ramps for the 25th CAB at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii. These ramps are required to load UH-60/AH-64/CH-47 aircraft on C-5/C-17 cargo planes. To be eligible for consideration, quotes must be submitted electronically through the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Contractor/Vendor must be SAM registered. Faxed quotes will not be accepted.
