Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23), Sioux Falls SD, intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for the procurement of Research and Data Collection Services with Bruce Alexander upon the basis of the authority provided in 41 U.S.C. 253(c) and implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Research and Data Collection Services will be used to support the research efforts of the Iowa City VA Health Care System located at 601 Highway 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246-2208.
