Description
NSN: 3120-01-501-6938, Purchase Request Number 1000020933. This item is manufactured to a Part Numbered Item. Approved Sources: FATIGUE TECHNOLOGY, CAGE 51439, P/N 4529-001. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. A QCC Code of FCA. This is not a CSI item per SAP on 01/14/13. Packaging MIL-STD-2073 applies. Requested delivery is 136 Days ARO. This NSN is a critical item. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for commercial items in accordance with FAR 13.5. The contract will be effective for a three year (3) base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract for a single- two (2) year option period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of18 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 18 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 35 each. The estimated annual demand is 70 pieces. The initial delivery order represents the guaranteed minimum quantity for this IDPO, and the Government is under no obligation to place additional orders under this contract. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be January 15, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dlail/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
