Description

This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-00-277-0036) for a BEARING, BALL, ANNULAR. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. Approved Sources: RBC AIRCRAFT PRODUCTS, INC. 3NPS1 P/N GD5M28FS160. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 144 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 291 EACH. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 146 EACH (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 146 EACH and the maximum delivery order quantity is 291 EACH. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the CONUS. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
