- Notice of Interest Form THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. T he United States General Services Administration Public Building Service Mid-Atlantic Region is seeking information on qualified Woman Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone, 8(a) or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses that are interested in pursuing Mid-Atlantic Region construction projects such as major R&A, minor R&A, and renovation projects using various procurement vehicles. The Mid-Atlantic Region's geographic area includes the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia, except for the excluded jurisdictions of Washington, DC, and the surrounding jurisdictions of Montgomery County and Prince George's County in Maryland, and Alexandria City, and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudoun, and Prince William in Virginia. If you are interested in GSA construction projects as identified above in the Mid-Atlantic Region and are a Woman Owned Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a) or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, fill out the attached Notice of Interest form and email the completed form to celeste.dow@gsa.gov. When submitting a Notice of Interest form, please attach to the email any marketing brochures or other information that you feel would be helpful to GSA in evaluating your qualifications. GSA will use the information when planning construction procurements to help determine the availability and location of interested and qualified small businesses. GSA will also be inviting these businesses the opportunity to meet with GSA Mid-Atlantic Region employees and gain a better understanding of how GSA awards and administers construction projects. Further details will be provided to the small businesses that complete the attached form and indicate their interest in this event. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for offers or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information provided. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this market survey.
