All other information contained in the Presolicitation Notice remains unchanged. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This modification to a previously published synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information resulting from this posting. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal will be posted to this site within 3 days. Offerors should continue to monitor FBO for the RFP and any subsequent Amendments to that RFP. This modification is for informational purposes only and is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPSAL AT THIS TIME.
