Description

RFP, Sections A-M SF-33 **NOTE: THIS IS A COMPETITIVE TOTAL 8(a) SET-ASIDE** This is a request for proposal under Solicitation DJF-14-1200-0000040 released by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This contract is planned for a Base period of 12 months, followed by four (4) Option Year periods. The proposed contract action is for Labor Hours prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15, and will be evaluated through the Best Value Method under FAR 15.300. This requirement is to provide labor hour operational support to the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC). The TSC is a multi-agency center that was created by the Attorney General pursuant to Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD)-6 on September 16, 2003. The TSC is a 24/7 operation that requires shiftwork. This request identifies approximately 116 Full Time Equivalents (FTE's) for operational support in direct support of TSC primary responsibilities established by Homeland Security Presidential Directives, Intelligence Community Guidance, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Guidance and Policies. The majority of these FTE's will provide analysis, database management, center operation services, and program management, with a small requirement for operational training and facility support. Questions from Offerors are due back to the Contracting Officer, via e-mail, at karen.king@ic.fbi.gov, no later than 12pm on January 27, 2014. The Government intends to respond to all questions by COB on January 30, 2014. Final proposals are due February 18, 2014, with an anticipated contract award date no later than March 31, 2014.
