- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to perform mowing services, Nolin River Lake, Bee Spring, KY. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is: 561730. The size standard is $7M. The solicitation will be available on the web only. The proposal due date is 07 February 2014 at 10:00 am EST. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
