- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville has a requirement for Full Food Services in support of Four Dining facilities at Naval Air Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba under NAICS Code 722310. A base with four one-year option periods is anticipated. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA), FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items "Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohne Act of 1996 and FAR Part 15 Contracting By Negotiation as a Total Small Business Set-A-Side, 100%. The solicitation resulting from this announcement will be posted on or about the 16th day after the closing date of this Pre-Solicitation Notice (Synopsis)via http://www.fedbizopps.gov website. The Government will not distribute a (paper) copy of the solicitation or amendment documents. Prospective offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation package, including attachments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents; telephone and facsimile requests are not acceptable. This notice of intent is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a solicitation of offers. This synopsis is provided for information purposes only.
