The Lockport Stage IC project involves the construction of a roller-compacted concrete (RCC) wall, two secant pile cutoff walls and a secant pile shoring wall, excavation and backfill of a rock fill embankment, installation of a seepage control drainage system, construction of a temporary construction access road and a permanent lower access road, and other associated project work.
