Description

The Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) intends to solicit, negotiate and award one or more subcontracts that provide new fork lift and accessories. The subcontractor shall provide a provision for early return of lift trucks at the end of each 12 month leasing period with at least 60 days written notification of intention to return from SRNS. The subcontractor shall provide early return penalties, if applicable, and any conditions that must be met to allow early return. All lift trucks provided must be from the same manufacturer to provide consistency in operation and maintenance of the fleet. Deliver and Pickup shall be included with the proposals. The performance period is anticipated to be 48 months with 36 months option periods, however, this performance period may be amended if applicable. The solicitation will be conducted via Ariba E-Sourcing site, therefore, potential suppliers will be invited to participate. The North America Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532412. This solicitation is competitive and open for all potential suppliers with "no set-asides." In the future, maintenance may be required. All interested suppliers are to be registered under System for Award Management (SAM).
