- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a fixed price contract for a base year and four option years for Railroad Maintenance services at Fort Wainwright, Alaska See PWS, attached Bidder instructions, and Offeror's Quote Sheet for additional information. Award will be made to the lowest-price offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation. Quotes shall be submitted in writing and received no later than Tuesday, January 24, 2014, at 1200 hours (12:00 P.M.) Alaska Standard Time. Quotes may be e-mailed or faxed to the attention of the primary point of contact listed below. Oral quotes will not be considered or evaluated.
