- Request for Quotes - Total Small Business Set Aside. The Yakama Health Center Annex Building (Bldg 20), approximately 7,400 square feet office building, located within the Yakama Tribal Center complex is experiencing HVAC system temperature fluctuations due to control module malfunctions. These malfunctioning components and other associated system deficiencies are causing imbalanced air distribution throughout the building. In addition, a building automation control system improvement is needed to resolve ongoing operational challenges, comfort issues, and the inability to effectively control the current HVAC system. The estimate range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The objectives of this work are the following: • Replace the existing DDC control system and restore full system control functionality. • Establish remote system monitoring and control in the main Yakama Health Center building. • Allow for an easy and low cost transition to local system monitoring and control within the Annex Building at some point in the future. This is necessary in the event there is a change in building ownership. • Assure the system is operating fully and efficiently, consistent with the capabilities of the existing equipment. Performance time is 90 days from Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be posted/issued on FBO on or about Feb. 5, 2014 and will close on or about March 6, 2014. Details of opening and closing date & exact times will be in the solicitation or subsequent amendments. Performance on the Yakama Reservation requires compliance with their TERO rules and any subject fees.
