Description

Far Clauses Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-14-8NJ007. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 561710. The contract type will be a firm fixed price service maintenance agreement. The government proposes to solicit from the attached scope of work / or / quotes for the attached items. 1. There will be a site visit at Station Grand Isle on January 27th at 1pm. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. 3. If you have any questions, pertaining to the Statement of Work, they should be submitted in writing to Taneka.a.milton@uscg.mil. Questions should be received no later than January 27, 2014. Please use the contractor's request for clarification form. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Services are included in this order and are applicable. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the Systems for Award Management at www.sam.gov.
