- Vehicle Maintenance Performance Work Statement-DRAFT VERSION This information is for those participants that registered by the cutoff date of 17 Jan 2014 for the Vehicle Maintenance site visit. We will be meeting at the Robins AFB Visitor's center. Everyone MUST have their pass registration completed and be ready to get on the bus NLT 10:30AM tomorrow, the 22nd of Jan. If you have a military retiree ID that will allow you to get through the pass registration faster, please inform the PCO ASAP. Once everyone is on the bus, we will go out and through the truck gate where everyone will have to present their IDs (this may take about 15 minutes or so). Parking at the visitor's center may be tight, so if possible, you might want to park elsewhere (you could park across the street from the Visitor's center at Martin's BBQ restaurant). If the number of people from your group is changing/decreasing (again, no more than 2 per contractor allowed) please inform the PCO. The site visit is expected to last about an hour and a half. NO CELL PHONE USE OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED DURING THE SITE VISIT. ONCE EVERYONE IS ON THE BUS, CELL PHONES MUST BE PUT AWAY. IF ANYONE IS CAUGHT USING A CELL PHONE, THEY WILL BE ESCORTED OFF THE BASE IMMEDIATELY. A copy of the draft PWS is being posted to fbo today.
