- End Item Application: AIRCRAFT, STRATOFORTRESS B-52- NSN 6610-00-835-7615. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Housing Assy, Indicator. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract. The proposed award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1/Q item. NSN is a Critical Application Item. The approved sources are Astronautics Corp of America, CAGE 10138, PN 102384 and Mod-A-Can Inc., CAGE 54709, PN 102384. FIRST DESTINATION TRANSPORTATION. A technical data package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Sampling for inspection and testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008. Any alternate plan must be approved by the PCO. A sampling plan that accepts on Zero Defects is required. The FOB point is Destination/ and the Inspection/Acceptance point is Destination. Each NSN will be evaluated based on the Estimated Demand Quantity. Ordering minimum and maximum quantity requirements are available in the attachment along with the requested delivery requirements. The solicitation will result in a 5 Year Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Period and Four 1-year Option Periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 10 February 2014. Suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) utilizing the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the CCR and ORCA. Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 72 each, Option Year EAD: 72 each. Delivery - 103 days ARO; FOB: Destination - Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. The solicitation issue date is on or about 10 February 2014.
