- Amendment A0002 This solicitation is hereby amended to make the following changes: The language in the below areas of the solicitation have been modified: - Part A, Section I - Schedule of Supplies/Services - Part B, Section III - Special Contract Requirements - Part C, Statement of Work - Part E, Solicitation Provisions See attached amendment for details on these changes. An updated version of Attachment E - Price Evaluation Template that reflects the changes to CLIN 0011 is available. The due date for proposals is not extended. Additional Questions & Responses are included below: Question: Section E.2.5.2 says "The Offeror's Technology Solution will be organized in Volume II as follows:" Under Tab 1 it states, "Offeror's response for Factor 2 shall address the following, while also complying with the corresponding page limits provided" followed by nine areas that must be addressed. Is it acceptable to re-order the nine areas such that the narrative presents a more logical flow to the reader? Response: For Volume II, Tab 1, TSA would prefer that the nine areas are addressed in the order indicated. Question: Regarding the change in Amedment A0002 to Part C, Section 12.0 - Data Rights, "The contractor shall prepare Deliverable E012, Archival CAT Software Package, which contains the executable/source code for software for all functions outside of the ID Validation/Authentication process if requested." Please clarify what functions outside of the ID validation/authentication process the government intends to possibly request. Does the government intend to possibly request the source code for the CAT application? Response: If requested, deliverable E012 would need to include all CAT software that is contractually required. Proposal Due Date Extension As a result of the Government closed status, the due date for proposals is hereby extended until Wednesday, January 22, at 11:00am EST.
