- Mess Att Draft PWS MR Questionnaire THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 21st Contracting Squadron is looking for 8(a) vendors that are capable of providing mess attendant services, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs for the Aragon Dining Facility located at Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB), CO. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, supervision, supplies, and services necessary to perform food service (mess) attendant services as well as preventive maintenance and equipment repair for all food service equipment. The anticipated start date is 1 October 2014. Please see Attachment 2, Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 722310, Food Service Contractors. The size standard is $35.5 Million. A Government requirement is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential 8(a) sources for the requirement. Interested parties are requested to address the questions in Attachment 1, Market Research Questionnaire. This Sources Sought Announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Responses will not be returned.
