- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey Reston, Virginia intends to award a requirement for the repair of the Teledyne RD Instruments WorkHorse RioGrande ADCP on a noncompetitive basis to Teledyne RD Instruments, Poway, CA 92064. All replacement parts must be an exact match to meet all technical requirements. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures of FAR Part 12, In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15)(i), other responsible sources that believe they can meet the requirement described above may submit a capability statement no later than the closing date of this announcement which will be considered by the USGS. All responses must be in writing, by e-mail to the Contracting Officer at phundley@usgs.gov.
