Individual draft PSSC RFP documents may be released for comment more than once prior to releasing the complete PSSC RFP. This announcement is purposed to release the first PWS draft for Industry review and comment. This announcement constitutes a request for information (RFI). Accordingly, we are seeking industry's comments and recommendations to improve clarity, identify additional requirements that might not be addressed, and identify inconsistencies within and between the draft documents. While the ICBM SPO will evaluate comments on all draft PWS sections, our RFI special interest items are: Transition Strategy (paragraphs 1.3.6 and 1.6.5.9); Government Furnished Property (paragraph 3.0 and Appendix D); Work Breakdown Structure (Appendix E); Qualifications (paragraph 4.12) and pricing structure.
