Description

Egenera Maintenance Renewal Details Clauses and Conditions Request for Egenera Maintenance Renewal and support services for one year. -Period of Performance: February 28, 2014 through February 27, 2015 See attachment for Egenera Maintenance details. See below for various places of contract performance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested from this document and a written solicitation shall NOT be issued. The NAICS is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation number is SBAHQ-14-Q-0006. FAR 15 is not applicable to this procument. This solicitation shall be a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-62 (December 20, 2012). In accordance with FAR Subpart 4.1102 contractor MUST be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and DUNS number shall be required to award https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
