Description

SP4702-14-Q-0011 (Rev 1) This project consists of the general requirements to perform eddy current testing, vibration testing, condenser tube cleaning, evaporator tube cleaning, oil filter replacement, oil analysis and purge system maintenance on existing chillers in Building 23, at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision required in performing all operations in connection with this project, complete and subject to the terms and provisions contained herein. Two Chillers are Trane Mode # CVHE050FAMOPCM2306QBE6NFA0000000UB1G050L000002C210 (serial #'s L07D02151 & L07D02152) and the third chiller is Trane Model# CVHE050FAMOPCM2306QBE6NFA0000000UA1G150L000002C210 (serial # L07D02152). Amendment 1: Added section 1.2.1.1 to the Performance Work Statement. Added CLINS 0008 & 0009 to Section B.
