Description

Statement of Work THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is soliciting for capability statements from all interested Small Business parties who can provide renewal of 12-line rotary service for the Automated Computer Time Service (ACTS) in the Time and Frequency Division, in accordance with the attached SOW, located at NIST in Boulder, Colorado. The NAICS code for the proposed acquisition is 511710, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, and the Small Business size standard is 1500 employees. NIST is requesting examples of related information showing the ability to meet the specifications identified in the attached Statement of Work. All interested parties shall submit an electronic response package no later than Monday, January 27, 2014; 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
