- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, subpart 13.106-1(b)(2), the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Pine Bluff Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source contract for a base year plus 4 option years to Accruent, LLC. The FAMIS software and support is owned by Accruent and they do not have any authorized resellers. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 541511 is applicable. Small business size standard is $25.5 million. The Sole Source will be awarded to Accruent, LLC, 10801-2 N Mo-Pac Expy Ste 400, Austin, TX 78759-5458. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Government's needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to Rock Island Contracting Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Office, 10020 Kabrich Circle, Building 17-120, CCRC-ISP, ATTN: Jeffrey L. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
