Description
Synopsis: This is a sources sought announcement only. There is no solicitation available at this time. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division is conducting market research to determine 8(a) Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) capabilities for the recompete of Contract W91RUS-10-D-0001, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for the Regional Hub Node (RHN) Facility located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The RHN requirements to be provided are non-personal services to perform Tier II support of the RHN, AN/FSC-133(V), at the Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Facility located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365/366 days per year including federal holidays. The contractor shall support the RHN, consisting of two (2) Ku-Band Terminal systems, one (1) Ka-Band Terminal system and associated baseband equipment at Fort Bragg in accordance with the attached draft PWS. The anticipated period of performance is a 10 day phase-in period, an 11 month 20 day base period, and four-one year option periods. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price. This work effort requires access to classified and controlled or sensitive information and facilities. Upon performance start date, all Contractor personnel shall possess and maintain a final SECRET security clearance over the life of the contract. For the purpose of this acquisition, the intended NAICS Code will be 517410. If you believe your firm qualifies as an 8(a) ANC under the aforementioned criteria and has qualified personnel, relevant past performance experience, and the technical capacity to perform the type of work specified in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), please submit a technical capability statement including the following information: (1) company name and mailing address (2) point of contact (name, telephone number, and e-mail address) (3) socio-economic status (4) number of employees (5) a brief summary of your company's experience and past performance within the past 3 years as it relates to the magnitude and scope of the requirements outlined in the attached draft PWS. Each company's experience (Government or commercial) should include (a) name of project (b) brief description of project (c) contract or project number (d) client/customer point of contact (name, address, phone number, e-mail address) (e) dollar value of the contract/project (f) period of performance of the contract/project and (g) relevance of the contract/project to requirements in the draft PWS. Technical capability statements can be submitted in your own format and shall be 10 pages or less. Again, this announcement is being used solely for conducting market research to determine 8(a) Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) capabilities for the recompete of Contract W91RUS-10-D-0001, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for the Regional Hub Node (RHN) Facility located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This is not a request for proposals nor is the technical capability statement considered to be a proposal. Only company's which qualify as an 8(a) ANC should respond to this announcement. No reimbursements will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests.
