- MICC Fort Leavenworth will conduct an Industry Day to discuss an anticipated Request for Proposal for the United States Army Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth (USACACFL) Support Services. The contract is anticipated to be a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with two suites. One suite will be unrestricted while the other will be a small business set-aside. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Industry Day is to engage industry in an interactive way to gather additional information to support on-going market research efforts. NOTE: Participation in this Industry Day is voluntary and in no way obligates the Government to award any contracts or pay any costs associated with such participation. This Industry Day is part of ongoing Government conducted market research for planning purposes only. It is NOT a solicitation. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does NOT intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice. EVENT DETAILS: When: Wednesday, 19 March 2014, 1300-1600 Central time Where: Marshall Auditorium, Lewis & Clark Center, 100 Stimson Ave, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas Agenda: 1300-1310 Introduction 1310-1340 CAC Mission Statement Overview 1340-1430 Functional Area Overview 1430-1445 Break 1445-1500 CAC MAIDIQ Historical Data 1500-1545 Questions Notification of attendance is required NO LATER THAN 1400 Central time, Wednesday, 5 March 2014, submitted by e-mail to the point of contact identified below. You must provide the name and title of NO MORE THAN 2 individuals who will attend along with the company name, address, and CAGE code. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted for comment, under separate cover, shortly following the Industry Day event. The point of contact for this event is lori.j.nicholsfellows.civ@mail.mil. As the purpose of this event is to gather information to support on-going market research efforts, the amount of specific information available is limited at this time. Specific information, such as the draft PWS, will be posted to FBO as it becomes available. To assist your efforts in determining your capability to support this program, we are providing some information about the current USACACFL multiple award IDIQ vehicle. 10 IDIQ contracts were awarded under this program in FY11. The last option period of these base contracts expires on 31 December 2015. This contract vehicle has a ceiling value of $260 million over the base and four option years. To date, approximately 70 task orders have been issued. The current vehicle provides support under 18 Functional Areas to CAC organizations at Fort Leavenworth. These functional areas are further described in the attachment to this posting.
