Description

The VA Medical Center in West Haven CT intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with Alere Informatics for ISTAT 1 year license. This requirement will include the following characteristics: Product Description ISTAT 1 Year - The following items are required: Abbott i-STAT POC 1/PCA - 1 each RALS -Web3 Browser based remote access - 2 each Interfacing LIS HL7 - 1 each Meters/Instruments/Analyzers - 3 each ITC AVOX 1 year - The following items are required: ITC Blood Oximeter ITC Avox 1000e or 4000 RALS Web3 Browser Based Remote Access - 1 each Interfacing LIS HL7 - 1 each Meters/Instruments/Analyzers - 2 each ITC COAG 1 year - The following items are required: ITC Coag Sig Elite/Sig Plus/Response - 1 each RALS Web3 Browser Based Remote Access - 1 each Interfacing LIS HL7 - 1 each Meters/Instruments/Analyzers - 4 each Salient Characteristics Software license needed for glucose interface This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 01/31/2014 16:00. Responses should be sent to Kolleen.blanton@va.gov. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
