Questions and Answers Amended Attachment B - PWS Amended RFP A Revised Request for Proposals (RFP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 1/24/2014 are attached to this amendment The purpose of thee below revisions is to update the RFP and PWS after questions were received on January 21, 2014 RFP REVISIONS Revision one: Section B - Supplies or Services and Price/Costs, B.3 Authorizations for Work Previous Statement: ONLY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (CO) CAN AUTHORIZE WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT. FEMA WILL ONLY PAY FOR CO AUTHORIZED WORK. Task Orders obligate funds under this IDIQ contract. The Hybrid IDIQ contract will be for one twelve (12) month base year and four twelve (12) month option years. The contract line item number (CLIN) structure for each task order issued under the contract will be established at the time of issuance of the task order. All Task Orders shall be either Firm Fixed Price or Time and Material Task Orders with Cost-reimbursement CLINs. The following will be Cost-reimbursement CLINs: Travel, Fleet Management (Fuel, Meals,) and other direct costs (ODCs) Revision Statement : ONLY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (CO) CAN AUTHORIZE WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT. This training shall be conducted concurrently and conjoined with a State CONPLAN/OPLAN training and/or exercise.
