- NSN: 1075-01-312-6209, MH-53E Aircraft. Sikorsky Helicopter, CAGE 78286, P/N 65850-05272-041. Approved source: Seyer Industries, CAGE 19494. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 225 days ARO. Item is not a Critical Safety Item. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a quantity of 13 each. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is February 10, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
