- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-00-227-2807) for a BEARING, ROLLER, NEEDLE. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. This item is manufactured IAW BASIC NON GOVT STD SAE AS24465, REVISION NR DTD 10/07/2006, PART PIECE NUMBER: MS24465-10, IAW REFERENCE NON GOVT STD SAE AS39901. Approved Sources: McGill (92563), RBC (3NPS1) and Accurate Bushing (07484). This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). UNrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 80 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 163 pairs. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 347 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 347 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 693 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The closing date is 31 JAN 14, anticipated award date is FEBRUARY 28, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Reverse Auction may be conducted.
