Description

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SMALL BUSINESSES. The Lebanon VA Medical Center is soliciting bids under Solicitation No. VA244-14-Q-0380 for the following: 'to provide preventative maintenance and full service to the facilities 13 Carefusion Vela Ventilators. Contractor is to furnish labor and materials and perform work for the VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA, in accordance with the SOW contained in the solicitation. The Solicitation documents will be available for download from the web https://www.fbo.gov on or about January 24, 2014. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Bidders will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and subsequent amendments, if any. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation will NOT be honored. It is essential that interested parties register on the Interested Vendor Listing at https://www.fbo.gov, 'Interested Vendor List'. Individual copies of the Interested Vendor List WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation amendments issued to the RFQ will be posted to the website and bidders are advised it is their responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all amendments. Paper copies of amendments will NOT be individually mailed. Quotations will be due NLT 1200 on 30 January, 2014 through email to: carl.devitz@va.gov. No telephonic or fax quotes will be honored. In accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, the magnitude of this project is between $15,000 and $25,000. NAICS Code 811219 with a small business size standard of $19 million. Offerors must be registered as a small business with the Small Business Administration and registered including completing online Representations and Certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov. To complete Representations and Certifications with ORCA, you may go online at https://orca.bpn.gov. Contractor must have a Dun & Bradstreet rating of seven (7) or lower.
