- GAMBERI HOSPITAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES SYNOPSIS This notice serves to announce the intent of the CENTCOM Joint Theater Support Contracting Command General Support Contracting Center (C-JTSCC/GSCC) to issue a solicitation for medical equipment and supplies. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to provide medical equipment & supplies to the Regional Gamberi Military Hospital at Gamberi, Afghanistan, Laghman Province. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 Jan 2014. This procurement will be solicited as unrestricted full & open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 423450 and the small business size is 100 Employees. The requirement will be solicited as a non-complex commercial commodity using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5. The evaluation criteria will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on http://www.fbo.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation available. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
