Description

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION The General Services Administration has a requirement to lease approximately 2000-3100 rentable square feet of warehouse/light industrial use space in the Durango, Colorado area. The space will be occupied by the Bureau of Reclamation. Occupancy is required in the first quarter of 2015. LEASE TERM 10 years UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS The Government requires a drive in dock with garage door of at least 10' x 10' as well as restroom facilities. LOCATION Durango, Colorado EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING 1. Complete information for the offered location to include, but not limited to, address, property site map, existing building drawings showing the location of the offered space, and the proposed square footage. 2.
