- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, W91151-14-T-0595 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action to provide renewal maintenance services for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (G4) for one (1) year consists of the following configurations: Building 91002 (2 Portals), EECS Controller, Maglock Portal Unit - Single Door, Maglock Portal Unit - Double Door, Strike Portal Unit, and Enunicator Keypad with prox reader; Building 91012 (2 Portals), EECS Controller, Maglock Portal Unit - Single Door, Maglock Portal Unit - Double Door, Strike Portal Unit and Enunicator Keypad with prox reader; Building 91012 (9 Portals), EECS Controller, Maglock Portal Unit - Single Door, Maglock Portal Unit - Double Door, Strike Portal Unit, Enunicator Keypad with prox reader, and Admin/Enroll Terminal; Building 91014 (6 Portals), EECS Controller, Maglock Portal Unit - Single Door, Maglock Portal Unit - Double Door, Strike Portal Unit, and Enunicator Keypad with prox reader; Building 91024 (1 Portal), EECS Controller, Maglock Portal Unit - Single Door, and Enunicator Keypad with prox reader; and Building 91025 (3 Portals), EECS Controller, Maglock Portal Unit - Single Door, and Enunicator Keypad with prox reader. Relocate frontend system from Fort Hood main post to room 192 in OTC Headquarters building 91012. Install the frontend and ensure that the entire system is operational before departing building 91012. Also instruct G2 (security) and G6 (telecommunications and networking) representatives how the EECS main components operate/perform. Provide remedial maintenance on the equipment provided in association with the Electronic Entry Control System (EECS) at OTC buildings 91002, 91010, 91012, 91014, 91024 AND 91025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a size standard of $19.0M. These services will be in support of the Operational Test Command (OTC). The primary location of performance is Fort Hood, Texas. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 effective 1 January 2014.
