Description

DISCRIPTION OF SERVICE The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, transportation and applicable licenses and permits necessary to ensure that removal and disposal services of Medical Waste are performed at VISN 12 Northern Tier Veterans Hospitals, and associated CBOCs, in accordance with the Specifications and the Conformance Standards. All waste removal shall be performed in such a manner as to be least disruptive to Hospital and clinic operations. Contractor must obtain VA, DEA, OSHA, Department of Natural Resources (DNR), applicable state and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approval of disposal facility.
