- Solicatation SOW 9 Jan 2014 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.. This solicitation FA6648-14-T-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-65. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 541330 and the small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform an Acoustical Leak Detection Survey on the Homestead Air Reserve Base's (HARB), Florida Domestic Water Grid in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions and commercial practices as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 9 Jan 2014 with the focus on safety and customer service. Maps will be avaiable upon request if you demonstrate that you can comply with this requirement. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items and award will be made to the lowest priced quotation that meets the physical, functional, and performance criteria outlined in The Statement of Work, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. DFARS 252-212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database @ www.sam.gov and shall be considered for award. All quotes must be answered on page #3 of 33 in the solicatation attached and be sent to Lori S. Bartz at Fax 786-415-7055; e-mail lori.bartz.4@us.af.mil: Quotes are required to be received not later than 3 Feb 2014 at 03:00PM Eastern.
