Description

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: The Vendor will provide all tools, labor and materials for fabrication/ manufacturing, delivery, installation and assembly of Filing Furniture to: 3139 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO. 80907. The scope includes: Contractor to provide the following equipment items: "This is a Meet or Exceed solicitation. "No LOADING Dock on-site. Delivery vehicle must have a lift gate. "Vendor must honor pricing for 30 days. "Unpacking of Furniture as required "Proper assembly of furniture per specifications "Anchoring and attachment of furniture as required. "Interfacing with VA personnel during delivery and installation "Functionally testing of furniture to ensure proper operation and to validate warranty "Field repair of equipment as required Pedestal File (F0410) "Similar to Great Openings Trace Collection. "Quantity-82 "Shall meet ANSI-BIFMA standards for durability and safety. "Top and side channels are minimum 21-gauge metal; outer panels and drawer bins are minimum 22-gauge metal, drawer fronts are minimum 20-gauge metal. "All drawers include full extension steel ball-bearing slides. "Freestanding unit shall be 22" deep, 15-1/4" wide, and 27- ¾" high. "BBF configuration "Each drawer shall include a full pull handle. "All cabinets shall have a standard lock which can be master-keyed and core removable. "Provide 2 keys for each unit. "Cabinet color to match Maxon Furniture Haze. Lateral File: 5 drawer (F0415) "Similar to Great Openings Trace Collection. "Quantity-43 "Shall meet ANSI-BIFMA standards for durability and safety. "Rigid all-welded steel construction. Inner frame consists of minimum 20-gauge metal. Exterior panels and fronts consist of minimum 22-gauge metal. "Heavy duty full extension steel ball-bearing slides. "The top opening on 5-high laterals features a 15" door that flips-up to stow on top of the cabinet, revealing a roll-out shelf with binder-height storage. "Combination units shall consist of a 2 drawer lateral on bottom and a 3 shelf bookcase on top (2 adjustable shelves). "Overall height shall be approximately 65". "BF Configuration "All cabinets are 36" wide, 5-high, 4 adjustable shelves (minimum overall height 65-7/8"). "Each cabinet shall be locking, keyed separately, and master-keyed. Cores to be removable. "Provide 2 keys for each cabinet. "Cabinet color to match Maxon Furniture Haze. Wardrobe Storage Tower with Cupboard (Z1160) "Similar to Great Openings Trace Collection. "Quantity-4 "Steel frame construction is welded. "Top, back, side and center panels are minimum 21-gauge metal. Inner channels and shelves are minimum 18-gauge metal. Fronts are minimum 22-gauge metal. "All wardrobe towers are to be 23-1/2" wide x 23-1/2" deep x 64-1/8" high. "The coat closet in the tower shall be approximately 7-1/2" wide, full depth, and full height. "The remaining width of the tower shall be for a stacked file/box/box/cupboard. "Full extension steel ball-bearing slides on all drawers. "Drawers include a safety interlock that allows only one drawer to open at a time. "All cabinets shall have a standard lock which can be master-keyed and core removable. "Provide 2 keys for each unit. "Leveling glides with 7/8" adjustment. "Cabinet color to match Maxon Furniture Haze. Additional Scope: 1.Delivery/Freight - Delivering furniture to the job site shall be at the discretion of the contractor. Delivery also includes removal of furniture from delivery vehicle and transfer of furniture to location within Clinic located at 3139 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs CO 80907. Please note there is not a receiving dock @ the facility. Delivery vehicle must have a lift gate. 2.Contractor to provide a 48 hour notice of delivery to VA POC. Working hours are during business hours 7:30a - 4:30p. 3.Contractor to provide additional installation services, assembly and trash clean-up services. 4.Acceptance - Contractor's furniture order, once delivered, will be verified by VA Team that furniture is in working condition according to manufacturer's technical specifications for full payment of services 5.Guarantee - Contractor to provide a warranty (no less than 1 year) unless otherwise noted for furniture performance within manufacturer's specifications; warranty begins at time of VA acceptance of equipment/after inspection. ***Please respond to FedBizzOPPs solicitations via Point of Contact (POC) email*** VENDOR SHALL SUBMIT SPECIFICATIONS, CUT SHEETS, PLANS AND/OR DRAWINGS FOR EACH LINE ITEM LISTED ABOVE.
