Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, Network Contracting Office 19 is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing maintenance inspections, checks, services, OEM parts, repair work and technical support incorporated into a Maintenance Service Agreement for the following Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. equipment. The Agreement shall include services for both equipment and software to all patented equipment and proprietary software. The equipment is located at the VA Montana Healthcare System, Fort Harrison, MT. Equipment List: Three ( 3 ) each Siemens Sequoia Ultrasounds All interested businesses are requested to submit a response demonstrating their capabilities to provide a maintenance service agreement for the specified equipment. The business must be authorized and qualified by Siemens Medical Solutions USA to provide services for the listed equipment. Businesses responding must be authorized service representatives for Siemens Medical Solutions USA and provide detailed written documentation from Siemens Medical Solutions USA that clearly substantiates technical compliance for ALL listed equipment. The business must document authorized access to equipment technical specifications and operational software required for equipment failure diagnosis, corrective repairs, new OEM parts and system updates and upgrades to equipment and software. Include in your response: -1 the written documentation from Siemens Medical Solutions USA as an authorized service representative for all of the listed equipment; -2 draft outline of key elements of a maintenance agreement, -3 the helpdesk support process and -4 information about current maintenance agreements with other commercial companies.
