Description

In accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source contract to CQ Roll Call, Inc for a premier on-line monitoring service in order to access breaking news and information regarding Congressional matters. The services include information on Executive Briefings, legislative and budget tracking, newsletters that focus on major defense policy, updates on major defense policy changes and tools for conducting custom searches. NAVSEA requires ready analysis of proposed legislation impacting major Navy ship building and other programs/products under the cognizance of NAVSEA. The 00D staff uses this information to keep NAVSEA's Commander, Vice Commander and other top level navy/NAVSEA officials abreast of the Capitol Hill climate and the fast-paced legislative changes that occur throughout the year as congress reviews, authorizes and funds Defense programs. The period of performance will be for one year after contract award.
