This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. Non-Personal Services: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue an award for the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc.), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to provide and install a Fuels Accessories Test Stand (FATS) Upgrade Kit and Main Engine Control (MEC) Test Stand Upgrade Kit for two (2) each Test Stands located in Building 3902, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC), Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), OK. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Time and Materials (T&M)line item is contemplated. The proposed Period of Performance is 14 March 2014 - 13 March 2015. The estimated award date is 19 February 2014. The System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive an award. The contractor can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov.
