Description
The U.S. Army Reserves currently has a requirement for a Combat Lifesaver Training Course, to be performed at the United States Army Institute for Professional Development at the 314th MIBN, Bell, CA 90201. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, safety equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to administer a Combat Lifesaver Training Course. The period of performance for this requirement is for four (4) days and is anticipated to be 25-March-2014 to 28-March-2014. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS 611699 (All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instructions). The small business size standard for this NAICS is $10.0M. A solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 5-February-2014 and all responses shall be due NLT 19-February-2014 @ 12:00PM (EST). The anticipated award date will be 4-March-2014. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose offer is the lowest price that is found to be technically acceptable. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAMs) found at https://www.sam.gov. Representations and certifications must also be completed before award and can be done so at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Payments for the resulting contract will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractors can register for WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
